Movement is an important part of healing
the body. Moderate physical exercise can
help prevent heart disease, boosts the immune system, and gives people a
greater sense of physical and mental well-being.
Dr. Artemis Morris has combined her
expertise in Yoga and Greco-Egyptian Belly Dance to teach people how to be more
comfortable in their bodies. Yoga
-Belly Dancing can increase your strength, flexibility, and fluidity of
movement.
Dr. Morris is currently teaching:
