Dr.
Artemis Morris completed her Naturopathic Doctorate at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington,
known as “the Harvard of natural medicine”. Her internships while at Bastyr
included working at The Hoxsey Clinic in Tijuana, Mexico, a treatment center
for complementary cancer therapy and working with Dr. Steelsmith at Kahala Natural
Health Clinic in Hawaii, who specializes in women’s health care. Dr. Morris has
also contributed to research in natural medicine while studying at Bastyr
University.
Her
specialties are women’s health care, dermatological disorders, gastrointestinal
disorders, nutrition and weight loss, allergies, arthritis, auto-immune
disorders, diabetes, detoxification, and pain management.
Naturopathic
medicine is useful for a variety of medical conditions and does not cause the
side effects typical of synthetic medication.

To
check if your visits are covered with Doctor Artemis Morris:
1.)
Call your insurance company and ask if visits and/or services are covered.
2.)
Ask if you need a referral from your Primary Care Physician. If you do need a referral get the information
from your doctor’s office before your initial visit.
3.) If
you have a plan other than one in which Dr. Artemis Morris is a provider of,
ask your insurance company if you have “Out of Network Benefits”. If you do have “Out of Network Benefits” you
may file with your company to get some reimbursement for the visits. A superbill will be provided at the time of
visit.
4.)
Please note that there are many types of insurance plans with many types of
coverage and having a particular carrier does not automatically guarantee the
visits and/or services will be covered.
